Reclined Big Toe Pose
Inhale, begin lying on back with legs extended.
Exhale, lifting one leg to verticle or as high as comfortable.
Inhale, using same side arm, reach and hold big toe with index and middle finger.
(A strap may be used, if reaching toe causes shoulder to lift off floor)
Exhale, pressing out with both heals finding hamstring stretch in lifted leg.
(lower leg should be extended as if standing on it, both feet are flexed)
Inhale, easing twist slightly if needed.
Exhale, pressing out again.
Hold pose each side 3 - 7 breathes or as long as comfortable.
Repeat on other side.
