Table to Childs Pose
- Inhale, beginning in table pose, on hands and knees.
- Exhale, slowly lower hips towards heels and elbows towards floor. Breath slowly taking 3 to 5 seconds to reach floor.
- Inhale, slowly returning to table pose, again controlling breath.
*If quadracepts are tight, move knees out closer to edges of mat.*
Awareness and breath are can be a focus of the pose as well as a stretch of the hips, legs, shoulders, and lower back.
