- Inhale, kneel up on the floor with your knees about hip width aprart.

- Exhale, lower the chest to rest on the thighs with the hips resting on the legs.

- Allow the head to lower bringing in the chin to extend the back of the neck.

- Openning the legs may allow you to settle lower and into a more comfortable position.

- Allow the sacrum to relax and open.

- Rest the habds back along the body allowing the shoulders to open.

- To come out of the pose, Inhale straighten the spine and lifting from the lower spine, holding firm in the core, raise the torso.

- Hold pose 3 to 5 breaths or as long as comfortable.
