Exhale, reaching up with both arms.

Exhale and fold placing hands on floor.

Inhale, coming into malasana or a squat pose.

Exhale, place hands flat and firm about shoulder distance apart between legs, fingers forward.

Inhale, placing upper legs against upper arms above elbows.

Exhale, engage core drawing in navel.

Inhale, shifting weight to hands finding balance keeping eyes focused on drishti.

Exhale, hugging arms with legs extending legs forward and upwards.
