Half Boat Pose
- Inhale, begin seated.
- Exhale, draw in naval to firm core and lean torso back to about 45 degrees.
- Inhale, lifting arms to parallel to floor.
- Exhale, lifting lags off floor keeping lower leg parallel to floor.
- Hold pose 3 to 7 breaths or as long as comfortable.
