Half Lotus Pose
- Inhale, begin seated.
- Exhale, placing leg foot on top of opposite thigh.
- Inhale, sitting tall extending spine.
- Exhale, placing hands on legs plams up, thumb and index finger touching.
- Hold pose 3 to 7 breaths or as long as comfortable.
*Only for yogis without knee, hip or ankle issues*
