- Inhale, begin seated with legs extended.
- Exhale, fold right leg into Virasana, and bend left knee enough to place foot flat on floor close enough to reach with both hands.
- Inhale, holding sides left foot with both hands.
- Exhale, leaning back slightly while lifting left leg to straight position.
- Inhale, extending spine while relaxing stretch slightly.
- Exhale, extending left leg to straight again to full expression.
- Hold pose 3 to 7 breaths or as long as comfortable.
- Repeat on other side.
