- Exhale, sliding legs upward against wall until vertical.

- Inhale, relaxing arms to side with palms up.

- Exhale, relaxing shoulders, arms, neck, hips, and face muscles.

- Hold pose for 1 to 5 minutes or as long as comfortable.
