Inhale, begin in table pose (hands and Knees).

Exhale, place hands flat and firm less that shoulder distance with fingers backward.

Inhale, bending elbows to 90 degrees.

Exhale, placing body on upper arms.

Inhale, shifting weight forward to hands, finding balance keeping eyes focused on drishti.

Exhale, extend legs back and lift off floor.

Hold pose 3 to 7 breaths or as long as comfortable.
