- Exhale, bending forward placing head on top of or between knees.

- Inhale, bring awarenss to position of arms.

- Exhale, rounding back and engaging core..

- Hold pose 3 to 5 breaths or as long as comfortable.

Modifications and precautions for yoga Rabbit Pose / Sasangasana Pose: Rabbit pose can be a full flexion of the neck pose, and should not be practiced by yogis with neck, spinal, shoulder, or hip issues, and should not be practiced by yogis advised against inversions.
