Shooting Bow Pose
Akarm Dhanurasan Pose
Inhale, and begin seated with legs extended.
Exhale, fold reaching to to firmly hold each big toe with its respective index finger.
Inhale, rising up with torso and keeping one leg on floor, pulling other up until big toe is next to respective ear, and straighten spine.
Exhale, folding and repeat on opposite side.
Hold pose 3 to 7 breaths or as long as comfortable.
