Yoga Table or Crab Pose
Inhale, beginning seated legs extended, resting back on hands, fingers pointing forward.
Exhale, bending knees with feet flat slightly forward of knees.
Inhale, lifting hips in line with knees and shoulders.
Exhale, aligning neck and head with spine.
Inhale, extending out through crown of head.
Hold pose 3 - 7 breathes or as long as comfortable.
