Yoga Mountain Pose
- Inhale, begin standing.
- Exhale, grounding feet hip width, firming legs, neutral pelvis, and shoulders rolled back.
- Inhale, extending spine, chin level, arms at side palms in or facing open.
- Exhale, finding foundation and connection from four points of feet.
- Inhale, finding awareness, center and energy flowing up from feet through crown of head.
